Join our Bicycle Maintenance Group! We repair and renovate donated bikes, meeting Mondays and Wednesdays. Enjoy a social environment while contributing to our community by donating bikes to those in need.
Bicycle Maintenance
Our Bicycle Maintenance Group consists of about 9 Mens Shed Members who meet on Monday and Wednesday afternoons to repair and renovate used bikes, with a goal to donate them to charities and community members. We keep our customers moving.
We aim to repair, service and safety check used bikes in a socially enjoyable environment.
We purchase our parts from suppliers who support us. We sell some of the better quality bikes to help pay for parts.
We mainly source our bikes from donations, footpath pick-ups and Police.
To date, we have donated over 700 bikes to refugees, charities and schools in Brisbane.
