BICYCLE MAINTENANCE GROUP
Learn, practise and teach correct bicycle maintenance including set-up, tuning and repairs; priority is members' bikes, but we also have an outreach program where we repair/tune (depending on condition) donated bikes. All members and bikes welcome.

COFFEE AND CHAT AND DISCUSSION GROUP
Every Tuesday at 10am there is an informal ‘Coffee & Chat’ session and alternate Thursdays at 10am there is a discussion group.

METALWORKING

Connecting our community with engaging guest speakers on health, literature, law, leadership and various other topics.
WALKING GROUP
The Outdoor Walking Group meets three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. These 5km walks start at 6.30am and finish about 7.30am during the winter/spring months, but operate from 6.00am to about 7.00am during the warmer months. Partners and dogs are welcome. There is also at 8am on Tuesdays and Thursdays a group that goes ‘Walking in the Shopping Centre’

IMS supports a one hour yoga session which is open to all members and guests.
The best way to find out what each group does is to attend one of its activities on a no-obligation trial basis.
